Double Girder Wire Rope Hoist is designed where high capacities weight is needed. It can be used at any capacity where high hook is required as the hook can be pulled up between the girders. It can also be used where high speeds and heavy service are required. It is ideal where the crane needs to be fitted with crane lights, cabs, magnet cable reels walkways, or other special equipment. Apart from its features, this machine is available in fixed type & running type, both of them can be customized. Safety, easy operation, less maintenance and long life are some features of Double Girder Wire Rope Hoist Running Type.

Feature of each part:

1.Lifting Motor:- The Three-in-one system of wire rope consist of pole- changing professional hoisting motor, brake with electromagnetic disk type & reducer with high rotating-speed  and ensure smooth and silent  of the hoisting mechanism.

2. Cross travelling Motor:- International brand three-in-one system consist of  brake with electromagnetic disk type,  frequency-conversion running professional motor, and reducer with hard tooth surface which make sure silence and the best positioning accuracy of running mechanism.
 
3. Overload Limiter:- Custom made overload limiter with high sensitivity can show load or have overloading limit upon customers’ requirements.
 
4. Drum:- Custom made processing of high quality steel drum is widely used for prolonging the life of wire rope.
 
5. Hook Block:- It has foreign high-strength alloy steel hook with safety card as the standard configuration by mold and adopt high-strength special slippery rope to reduce the damage to wire rope and lighten the self-weight.

6. Rope -High-strength galvanized wire rope, high breaking force & good flexibility(2160N/mm∧2)

7. Body structure:  -Adopt mold stamping or bending steel plate to reduce the use of welding parts and increase the service life and quality of the structure bearing part.
